Sidhartha is palace-house built of granite with a spacious octagonal living room, a lavish bedroom with king size bed. The steps lead towards a terrace, an open courtyard with a palm tree and an open roof bath. Illam is built like a traditional Kerala houses of wood with antique doors and furniture. Each house has one living room and another room. There is an exclusive compound with manicured vegetation and the view of the ocean. Arappura is also a traditional Kerala house made of wood with two rooms
